My name is Caz, I'm 37, and was born and raised in the beautiful city of Melbourne, Australia. Although I love this city to bits - and its ridiculous, entertaining climate that makes "weather" a valid choice of discussion topic - I'm also constantly daydreaming about the greater world outside of it and all of the many places I want to visit in my lifetime. Travel is a huge part of my past, present, and future. I am also a lover of all things related to animals, baking, and spontaneous tea parties with my most amazing of friends.

I believe that dogs make the best people, laughter is the best medicine, and that belly buttons are for looking at and not for poking.

I live in the suburbs with my husband and our dog. We've been together for 22 years and so have done a lot of growing up together (we were 15 and 16 when we first became a couple). We were engaged on his 26th birthday on March 27th, 2010 and married in a lovely mountain-side ceremony and reception on April 14th, 2012. Our friends and family mean everything to me.

My journal is pretty day-to-day oriented, and I try and post pictures when possible. I also include stories and images of our pup as he makes up a huge part of our lives, and fills our home with all kinds of warmth, love, and laughter. I wouldn't have it any other way.
